Keep Waggin was born out of the love of animals but has become an obsession, passion, crusade and quiest.  The “top dog” at Keep Waggin’, Sarah Estell, has been in love with animals for…well forever it seems, but never thought she could make a living doing what she was passionate about.  An educated “dog” with three degrees, decided the corporate world wasn’t for her so she became a mail carrier for the USPS to enjoy the outdoors and forget the stress of office politics.  The dogs and cats on her route became her friends and she realized that’s what got her out of bed everyday!

So, a new quest in life began: Be happy and productive everyday; Participate in activities that provide new challenges and provide continued learning; Make life changes that have a positive impact on personal life and community…
